About Us
Fastweld Stands at the forefront in the area that specifically provide a full range of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas (NG) solution to both industrial and commercial sectors in Malaysia.
Gas Pipeline Engineering Malaysia
Gas pipeline engineering is a specialized field focused on the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of pipelines that transport natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and other gases. These piping form a critical part of the infrastructure for delivering combustion gases from Gas station or Gas storage to the production area. Gas Pipe Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the pipe size and flow rate are safe and efficient over long distances, often spanning across diverse terrains and environments.

Design and install an LPG or LNG piping system by assessing needs, ensuring regulatory compliance, designing for safety and efficiency, selecting appropriate materials, and executing installation with precision and care.
Gas pipeline maintenance work involves routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the integrity, safety, and efficiency of the pipeline system. Tasks include corrosion monitoring, leak detection, cleaning, pressure testing, and equipment maintenance to comply with regulations and maintain operational reliability.
Pipeline repairment work involves identifying and assessing pipeline damage, such as corrosion, leaks, or mechanical failures, and implementing appropriate repair strategies. This includes excavation, cutting out damaged sections, welding or sealing leaks, and pressure testing to ensure integrity and safety of the pipeline system.
Engineering, fabrication, and installation works involve the comprehensive process of designing, manufacturing, and installing various structures or systems. This includes conceptualization, detailed engineering design, material procurement, fabrication or construction, quality control, and final installation to meet project requirements and specifications.
Gas pipeline engineering inspections involve systematic assessments of pipeline infrastructure to ensure safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance. This includes visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods like ultrasonic testing and radiography, corrosion monitoring, leak detection, and evaluating structural integrity. Inspection data is analyzed to identify defects or areas of concern, informing maintenance and repair strategies to mitigate risks and maintain operational reliability.
Gas leak detection checks involve visual inspection, gas detectors, odor detection, electronic sensors, pressure drop tests, helium leak testing, and ultrasonic detection to identify and locate gas leaks in pipeline systems.
